Lena has held senior roles covering marketing management, operations and logistics across diverse industries including FMCG, manufacturing and consumer durables in New Zealand, Australia, Italy and the US. She has operated across businesses from logistics through to board level to achieve desired outcomes.

She has experience with a range of businesses from large corporates and multi-nationals through to SMEs, developing and implementing category management, marketing strategy, event, communications and sales and business planning initiatives across multiple international markets.

Lena has a proven track record in a variety of business models including B2B and B2C and is passionate about working with businesses to identify strengths and opportunities, create operational efficiencies and utilising creative problem solving and strategic marketing initiatives to deliver sustainable growth.
